EUTECH SDG Awards Terms and Conditions

By applying to the EUTECH SDG Awards, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application.

Eligibility

  • To be eligible to apply for the EUTECH SDG Awards, you must meet the eligibility criteria specified on the official website.
  • Employees, directors, and representatives of EUTECH SDG Awards, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to apply.


Application Process

  • Applications must be submitted through the official EUTECH SDG Awards website within the specified deadline.
  • All information provided in the application must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation of information may result in disqualification.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your application materials, including text, images, and multimedia content, comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.


Evaluation and Judging

  • Applications will be evaluated based on criteria outlined on the official website. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
  • EUTECH SDG Awards reserves the right to disqualify any application that violates these terms or fails to meet the eligibility criteria.


Intellectual Property

  • By applying, you grant EUTECH SDG Awards a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the application materials for promotional and informational purposes.
  • You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your application materials do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.


Privacy

Personal information collected during the application process will be handled in accordance with the EUTECH SDG Awards Privacy Policy.

Award Presentation

  • Award winners will be notified through the contact information provided in their application. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification and the Award will be automatically presented to the next best applicant in the SDG category.
  • EUTECH SDG Awards reserves the right to modify or cancel the awards program at its discretion.


Limitation of Liability

EUTECH SDG Awards and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the awards program.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
