Award Presentation
Limitation of Liability
EUTECH SDG Awards and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the awards program.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

Note: Award winners will be notified through the contact information provided in their application. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification, and the Award will be automatically presented to the next best applicant in the relevant SDG or ESG category.
EUTECH SDG Awards reserves the right to modify or cancel the awards program at its discretion. Additionally, the organizers reserve the right to disqualify any winner who is unable to represent themselves in accordance with the requirements and expectations set forth for the awards ceremony.
